Healthy habits start early! As we end the month of February, our teachers will be promoting good health. Last week each class discussed dental care. The 1's and 2's colored pictures of a healthy smile. The 3's made a "Healthy Habits" book and then joined Pre-K and K for a visit from the dentist on Friday.
This week we will be discussing heart health. The children will learn about eating right, getting plenty of rest, and exercising, which leads to healthy hearts. Each class will stretch their muscles and sample healthy snacks. It's never too early to begin healthy habits that will last a lifetime!

Summer time is right around the corner! OFA is pleased to offer Camp Extreme again this summer for K-6th grade students. We are already planning fun activities for our campers that will include some time at C3 Fitness! Please see Tee if you are interested in enrolling.

Friday, February 26, we will be having our annual Trike-A-Thon to support St. Jude's Hospital. The hospital has already helped 449 children from Georgia! The 3's, Pre-K, and K will need to bring their trike and helmet to participate in the ride. Please turn in all donations by Friday. We are proud to support such an important cause!
